This eight story building will become new center for graduate and post graduate education of UNJ. Situated between existing buildings, the limited site creates enormous design challenges, particularly the need to have 400 seat auditorium. The free column auditorium dictates structural grid of the building. The limited site also dictates undesirable orientation in terms of solar path. So openings facing eastward and westward are equipped with sun shading devices, made out of perforated metal This building will be Greenship accredited. Greenship is green building rating by GBCI (Green Building Council Indonesia)
